The $5,500,000 purchase price works out to $818 per square foot. The property features seven bedrooms, nine baths, and a garage. It sits on a 50,529 square-foot lot.

• A 7,630-square-foot home on 8975 Southwest 63rd Court in Pinecrest sold in July 2021 for $7,110,000, a price per square foot of $932.

• On Southwest 92nd Street, Pinecrest, in October 2021, a 4,157-square-foot home was sold for $2,575,000, a price per square foot of $619.
