Coral Gables, Florida condominium sells for $5.7 million

A 4,530-square-foot condominium built in 2003 has changed hands. The roomy property located in the first block of Edgewater Drive in Coral Gables was sold on November 17, 2021. The $5,650,000 purchase price works out to $1,247 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and five baths.

Additional units have recently changed hands close by:

• In July 2021, a 908-square-foot unit at Edgewater Drive in Coral Gables sold for $310,000, a price per square foot of $341.
• A 910-square-foot unit on 90 Edgewater Drive in Coral Gables sold in June 2021 for $300,000, a price per square foot of $330.
• On Edgewater Drive, Coral Gables, in August 2021, a 910-square-foot unit was sold for $275,000, a price per square foot of $302.
