Coral Gables, Florida house sells for $4 million

The $4,000,000 purchase price works out to $579 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It sits on a 16,031 square-foot lot, which also has a pool.

• In September 2021, a 6,382-square-foot home at Paloma Drive in Coral Gables sold for $8,200,000, a price per square foot of $1,285.
• A 3,775-square-foot home on 190 Isla Dorada Boulevard in Coral Gables sold in October 2021 for $4,350,000, a price per square foot of $1,152.
• On Costanera Road, Coral Gables, in August 2021, a 4,351-square-foot home was sold for $3,425,000, a price per square foot of $787.
