The property features five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a carport. It sits on a 7,500 square-foot lot.

• On Obispo Avenue, Coral Gables, in September 2021, a 1,343-square-foot home was sold for $1,025,000, a price per square foot of $763.
• A 2,175-square-foot home on 1423 Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables sold in August 2021 for $1,130,000, a price per square foot of $520.
• In July 2021, a 2,798-square-foot home at Obispo Avenue in Coral Gables sold for $825,000, a price per square foot of $295.
