Sunny Isles Beach, Florida condominium sells for $2.6 million

A 2,042-square-foot condominium built in 2018 has changed hands. The spacious and recent property located in the 17100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on November 2, 2021 for $2,575,000, or $1,261 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms and three baths.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• A 1,770-square-foot unit on 17275 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in September 2021 for $95,000, a price per square foot of $54.
• In August 2021, a 1,110-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $525,000, a price per square foot of $473.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in August 2021, a 862-square-foot unit was sold for $799,000, a price per square foot of $927.
