Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $12.9 million

• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in August 2021, a 858-square-foot unit was sold for $960,000, a price per square foot of $1,119.
• In September 2021, a 1,165-square-foot unit at South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold for $1,625,000, a price per square foot of $1,395.
• A 1,438-square-foot unit on 100 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in September 2021 for $3,300,000, a price per square foot of $2,295.
