The roomy property located in the 1100 block of North Shore Drive in Miami Beach was sold on October 31, 2021 for $5,530,000, or $1,326 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and four baths. The unit sits on a 18,530 square-foot lot.

• In August 2021, a 1,921-square-foot home at Fairway Drive in Miami Beach sold for $1,155,000, a price per square foot of $601.
• A 5,239-square-foot home on 672 South Shore Drive in Miami Beach sold in September 2021 for $6,750,000, a price per square foot of $1,288.
• On Daytonia Road, Miami Beach, in July 2021, a 5,076-square-foot home was sold for $4,500,000, a price per square foot of $887.
