Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $5.3 million

A 3,690-square-foot condominium built in 2007 has changed hands. The roomy property located in the 7100 block of Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach was sold on October 31, 2021 for $5,275,000, or $1,430 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• In June 2021, a 3,140-square-foot unit at Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold for $3,550,000, a price per square foot of $1,131.
• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in September 2021, a 1,165-square-foot unit was sold for $1,625,000, a price per square foot of $1,395.
• A 858-square-foot unit on 400 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in August 2021 for $960,000, a price per square foot of $1,119.
