A 4,599-square-foot condominium built in 2002 has changed hands. The roomy property located in the 5800 block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach was sold on October 24, 2021. The $3,587,500 purchase price works out to $780 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
