The 4,142-square-foot property was sold on October 11, 2021 for $3,000,000, or $724 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a garage. It sits on a 16,500 square-foot lot, which also has a pool.
Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:
- In August 2021, a 2,161-square-foot home at Segovia Street sold for $1,575,000, a price per square foot of $729.
- A 5,240-square-foot home on Granada Boulevard sold in June 2021 for $1,600,000, a price per square foot of $305.
- On Anastasia Avenue, in September 2021, a 3,484-square-foot home was sold for $2,175,000, a price per square foot of $624.
