• On Southwest 120th Street, in August 2021, a 9,165-square-foot home was sold for $3,600,000, a price per square foot of $393.
• A 7,597-square-foot home on Southwest 60th Court sold in September 2021 for $3,300,000, a price per square foot of $434.
• In August 2021, a 6,020-square-foot home at Southwest 116th Street sold for $2,750,000, a price per square foot of $457.
