The property features four bedrooms and three baths. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 7,750 square-foot lot.

This property fetched 101% more than when it previously sold in January 2020 for $1,550,000.

Additional houses have recently been sold close by:

• A 8,148-square-foot home on North Bay Road sold in June 2021 for $13,600,000, a price per square foot of $1,669.
• On Alton Road, in August 2021, a 2,115-square-foot home was sold for $1,850,000, a price per square foot of $875.
• In August 2021, a 3,463-square-foot home at Alton Road sold for $1,860,000, a price per square foot of $537.
