Miami Beach, Florida house sells for $9 million

A 4,512-square-foot house built in 1949 has changed hands. The roomy property located in the 1100 block of North Venetian Drive in Miami-Dade County was sold on October 11, 2021. The $9,000,000 purchase price works out to $1,995 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 13,400 square-foot lot.

This property fetched 998% more than when it previously sold in February 2015 for $820,000.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• On South Venetian Way, in September 2021, a 3,364-square-foot home was sold for $3,200,000, a price per square foot of $951.
• A 2,282-square-foot home on West San Marino Drive sold in July 2021 for $13,825,000, a price per square foot of $6,058.
• In July 2021, a 5,268-square-foot home at East San Marino Drive sold for $6,000,000, a price per square foot of $1,139.
