The $2,700,000 purchase price works out to $901 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and four baths.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• On Southwest First Court, Brickell-area, in August 2021, a 1,255-square-foot unit was sold for $410,000, a price per square foot of $327.
• A 639-square-foot unit on 690 Southwest First Court in Brickell-area sold in August 2021 for $250,600, a price per square foot of $392.
• In July 2021, a 891-square-foot unit at Southwest First Court in Brickell-area sold for $360,000, a price per square foot of $404.
