• In September 2021, a 1,255-square-foot unit at Southwest First Court in Brickell-area sold for $425,000, a price per square foot of $339.
• A 795-square-foot unit on 690 Southwest First Court in Brickell-area sold in August 2021 for $310,000, a price per square foot of $390.
