Coral Gables, Florida house sells for $8.2 million

A roomy house built in 2002 located in the 100 block of Paloma Drive in Coral Gables has new owners. The 6,382-square-foot property was sold on September 30, 2021 for $8,200,000, or $1,285 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 17,696 square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• On Costanera Road, Coral Gables, in August 2021, a 4,351-square-foot home was sold for $3,425,000, a price per square foot of $787.
• In July 2021, a 6,911-square-foot home at West Lago Drive in Coral Gables sold for $3,600,000, a price per square foot of $521.
• A 4,049-square-foot home on 134 Rosales Court in Coral Gables sold in September 2021 for $3,900,000, a price per square foot of $963.
