The $3,900,000 purchase price works out to $978 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in August 2021, a 960-square-foot unit was sold for $365,000, a price per square foot of $380.
• A 930-square-foot unit on 17375 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in July 2021 for $360,000, a price per square foot of $387.
• In August 2021, a 1,470-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $630,000, a price per square foot of $429.
