A roomy house built in 1950 located in the 600 block of Seventh Street in Brickell-area gets a new owner. The 3,032-square-foot property was sold on September 27, 2021. The $5,000,000 purchase price works out to $1,649 per square foot. The property features eight bedrooms and eight baths. It sits on a 7,500 square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• On Southwest Fifth Street, Brickell-area, in June 2021, a 4,476-square-foot home was sold for $1,100,000, a price per square foot of $246.
• In August 2021, a 5,300-square-foot home at Southwest Sixth Street in Brickell-area sold for $1,330,000, a price per square foot of $251.
• A 4,726-square-foot home on 442 Southwest Ninth Street in Brickell-area sold in August 2021 for $1,140,000, a price per square foot of $241.
