Coral Gables, Florida house sells for $4.5 million

The 5,389-square-foot property was sold on August 22, 2021 for $4,450,000, or $826 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms and six baths. The backyard also has a pool. The unit sits on a 18,900 square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands nearby:

• On Lugo Avenue, Coral Gables, in July 2021, a 2,242-square-foot home was sold for $2,515,000, a price per square foot of $1,122.
• In August 2021, a 3,350-square-foot home at Ramiro Street in Coral Gables sold for $1,880,000, a price per square foot of $561.
