Miami, Florida condominium sells for $9.4 million

A spacious and recent condominium built in 2016 located in the 2600 block of South Bayshore Drive in Miami has a new owner. The 5,216-square-foot property was sold on October 3, 2021 for $9,409,000, or $1,804 per square foot. The property features no bedroom and no bathroom.
