A 4,609-square-foot condominium built in 2015 has changed hands. The spacious and recent property located in the 17700 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on September 26, 2021 for $9,500,000, or $2,061 per square foot. The property features one bedroom and two bathrooms.

Additional units have recently been sold close by:

• A 1,840-square-foot unit on 17555 Collins Avenue sold in June 2021 for $1,300,000, a price per square foot of $707.
• A 536-square-foot unit on 200 177th Drive sold in August 2021 for $145,000, a price per square foot of $271.
• A 1,030-square-foot unit on 17800 Atlantic Boulevard sold in August 2021 for $60,000, a price per square foot of $58.
