• A 2,617-square-foot unit on 3350 Southwest 27th Avenue sold in July 2021 for $1,862,500, a price per square foot of $712.
• A 1,540-square-foot unit on 3400 Southwest 27th Avenue sold in June 2021 for $753,000, a price per square foot of $489.
