The property features 24 bedrooms and 24 baths. The unit sits on a 5,000 square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• A 6,102-square-foot home on 301 Southwest 10th Avenue sold in July 2021 for $950,000, a price per square foot of $156.
• A 4,476-square-foot home on 750 Southwest Fifth Street sold in June 2021 for $1,100,000, a price per square foot of $246.
• A 1,216-square-foot home on 676 Southwest Sixth Street sold in July 2021 for $575,000, a price per square foot of $473.
