The purchase price was $5,500,000, or $2,220 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms and four bathrooms.

• A 1,940-square-foot unit on 100 South Pointe Drive sold in July 2021 for $6,300,000, a price per square foot of $3,247.
• A 1,365-square-foot unit on 100 South Pointe Drive sold in August 2021 for $2,150,000, a price per square foot of $1,575.
