Miami Beach, Florida condominium sells for $2.2 million

A condominium built in 2002 located in the 100 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach gets a new owner. The 1,365-square-foot property was sold on September 22, 2021 for $2,150,000, or $1,575 per square foot. The property features one bedroom and two baths.

Additional units have recently been sold close by:

• A 2,478-square-foot unit on 50 South Pointe Drive sold in August 2021 for $5,500,000, a price per square foot of $2,220.
• A 858-square-foot unit on 400 South Pointe Drive sold in August 2021 for $960,000, a price per square foot of $1,119.
• A 1,960-square-foot unit on 300 South Pointe Drive sold in June 2021 for $1,910,000, a price per square foot of $974.
