A 2,903-square-foot house built in 1957 has changed hands. The roomy property located in the 500 block of North Shore Drive in Miami-Dade County was sold on September 28, 2021 for $2,050,000, or $706 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a garage. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 10,200 square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• A 1,921-square-foot home on 655 Fairway Drive sold in August 2021 for $1,155,000, a price per square foot of $601.
• A 2,800-square-foot home on 1765 Daytonia Road sold in July 2021 for $2,030,000, a price per square foot of $725.
• A 1,724-square-foot home on 270 North Shore Drive sold in July 2021 for $1,127,500, a price per square foot of $654.
