A 2,225-square-foot condominium built in 2017 has changed hands. The spacious and recent property located in the 17100 block of Biscayne Boulevard in Miami-Dade County was sold on August 10, 2021. The $1,615,000 purchase price works out to $726 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• A 1,213-square-foot unit on West Dixie Highway sold in May 2021 for $133,000, a price per square foot of $110.
• On Point East Drive, in July 2021, a 768-square-foot unit was sold for $110,000, a price per square foot of $143.
• In June 2021, a 768-square-foot unit at Point East Drive sold for $125,000, a price per square foot of $163.
