Additional units have recently changed hands nearby:

• On Collins Avenue, in June 2021, a 2,210-square-foot unit was sold for $1,520,000, a price per square foot of $688.
• A 2,210-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue sold in August 2021 for $1,510,000, a price per square foot of $683.
• In July 2021, a 3,171-square-foot unit at Collins Avenue sold for $5,100,000, a price per square foot of $1,608.
