Penthouse at One Thousand Museum sells for $13.8 million. Helicopter not included
A penthouse at One Thousand Museum, the striking new condo tower in downtown Miami designed by the late Zaha Hadid, has sold for $13.8 million. The sale closed March 19 (yes, in the middle of coronavirus concerns.) The unit had been listed at an asking price of $14.5 million.
The 9,910 square-foot spread, which takes up the entire 57th floor of the 62-story building, features five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, 12-foot ceilings and a great room spanning 2,200 square feet. The master suite includes a mini-kitchen, perfect for a late-night caviar snack.
The penthouse also features access to the building’s five-star spa, private pool lounge and the only residential rooftop helipad in Miami. Helicopters and flying cars are not included.
The penthouse is the first resale in the building. The unit originally sold for $12.76 million.
Oren Alexander of Douglas Elliman represented the seller. Dina Goldentayer, also of Douglas Elliman, represented the buyer. Both parties used LLCs for the transaction to remain anonymous.
