Wednesday, Sept. 12, we’ll be taking the pulse of residential real estate in 2018 as we discuss key results of our annual Real Estate Survey, conducted by Bendixen & Amandi.

Real Estate Reporter Rene Rodriguez will conduct a rare interview with the family behind the fast-growing Melo Group, developers of condos and rental apartments in Edgewater and the Omni district.

Other speakers include Fernand Amandi and Anthony Williams of Bendixen & Amandi, luxury condo broker Alicia Cervera, Lynda Fernandez of the Miami Association of Realtors and Ned Murray, associate director of the Metropolitan Center at Florida International University.
