The Miami-Dade Beacon Council, in partnership with Miami-Dade County, the Small Business Development Center, Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Council of Chambers and other organizations are working together to survey local businesses in order to assess the economic impact of the Zika virus.
If your business has experienced lost revenue or interruptions because of the Zika virus, fill out the survey to document the impact to area businesses at: http://owl.li/tPc4303i3jR
Survey results will be monitored by the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity in consultation with the Florida Division of Emergency Management. They will then make a recommendation to Florida Gov. Rick Scott regarding the activation of the bridge loan program, short-term loans to businesses in counties severely impacted by the Zika virus.
