A Miami Beach mansion once owned by Enrique Iglesias just hit the open market — for $25 million.

Marc Puleo, former CEO of 1-800-PET-MEDS, bought the five-bedroom, Moorish-style house on Sunset Island 1 from the pop star in 2004, county property records show.

Puleo paid $7.85 million.

For those who can afford it, Villa Jasmine offers 150 feet of waterfront, a 1,400-square-foot pool and a private dock big enough for a 50-foot yacht. It also boasts unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.

Iglesias paid $3 million for the half-acre property in 2000 and the 8,300-square-foot house was built three years later. Its address is 1771 North View Drive.

William P.D. Pierce of Coldwell Banker will handle the sale.

“This home embodies many of the things people move to Miami Beach for – a waterfront home on the Bay, impressive indoor and outdoor spacing for entertaining and an incredible view of the skyline,” Pierce said in a statement.
