Florida rated best place to live

Florida is back on top as the most desirable state to live in. The Harris Poll, released Wednesday, last placed the Sunshine State first in 2001.

For the U.S. adults polled, it’s all about the beach and living on the water. California placed second and Hawaii third, followed by Colorado and New York.
