Recovery First of Hollywood agrees to sell to American Addiction Centers

Recovery First, based in Hollywood, said Wednesday that it has entered into an agreement to sell its facility and operations to American Addiction Centers, a subsidiary of publicly traded AAC Holdings.

The $13.1 million sale, which is subject to certain licenses necessary for the purchaser to operate the business, is expected to close during the first quarter of 2015.

Recovery First operates a 56-bed in-network, inpatient substance abuse treatment facility that includes 20 licensed detoxification beds.
