Through the Founder Institute’s four-month entrepreneur training and startup launch program, entrepreneurs “learn by doing” and launch a company with training, expert feedback, and support from experienced startup CEOs, the Institute said. The program is part time, so full-time professionals can test and build their ideas before making the leap from employee to entrepreneur and quitting their day jobs. If accepted into the program participants will pay $1,000, plus a 3.5 percent equity share that is shared by mentors and participants in the program, according to www.fi.co.
