Downtown Dadeland, a lifestyle retail center across Kendall Drive from Dadeland Mall, said Tuesday that it has completed 33,293 square feet of new leases.
Five new tenants will join the 127,000-square-foot dining and shopping complex: Flippin’ Pizza and Verizon will open this month and the sandwich shop Which Wich will open in December. Next year, Hospital Corporation of America will open a medical office, and OCC Burger will also open. The new tenants will join West Elm, Chili’s Bar & Grill, Lime, World of Beer, Men’s Wearhouse, Panera Bread and others.
In August, a joint venture of Duncan Hillsley Capital and Pebb Capital purchased the retail component of the center and engaged Continental Real Estate Companies to lead leasing and property management for the property.
