Prices across the state have ticked up after a double-digit decrease at the beginning of the week. The national average is slightly lower.

Gas prices in South Florida
Miami-Dade: The average price: $4.07 on Friday, April 17, a 3-cent increase since Monday, according to AAA.
Fort Lauderdale: $4.14, a 6-cent increase.
West Palm Beach/Boca Raton: $4.24, an 8-cent increase.
Florida price at the pump
Average: The average price for a gallon of gas in Florida on Friday, April 17, according to AAA, is $4.09, an 8-cent increase since Monday.
U.S. price at the pump
Average: The average price for a gallon of gas across the country on Friday, April 17, according to AAA, is $4.07, a 5-cent decrease since Monday.
