Some stores in South Florida are open Christmas Day. Here’s a list

It’s Christmas Day, and it may seem like every store in the world is closed for the holiday.

Publix, Winn-Dixie, Walmart, Target? All closed. So are Broward and Miami malls.

But if you need a last-minute gift or food item for your Christmas dinner, drug stores and some supermarkets have holiday business hours.

Here’s a list of some stores that are open on Dec. 25 in Miami-Dade and Broward:

Supermarkets open on Christmas

The Sedano’s at 1263 W. Flagler St. in Miami, like all Sedano’s stores, will be open Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Sedano’s: Open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Christmas Day.

Presidente Supermarket: Open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Christmas Day.

Price Choice Supermarkets: Open Christmas Day. Check the hours of your location.

Kosher Kingdom: Aventura supermarket open regular hours on Christmas Day.

KC Market: Hollywood supermarket open regular business hours Christmas Day.

Pharmacy chains open Christmas

Walgreens: The chain says stores will be open Christmas Day, but “pharmacy hours may vary.” Expect the 24-hour stores to remain open and the non-24-hour stores to close around 5 p.m. Christmas Day. Expect most pharmacies to be closed.

CVS/Navarro: Stores will be open Christmas Day. Some 24-hour locations will have pharmacies open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
