Stores are coming and going in South Florida. See the retail trends

Forever 21 recently announced the shutdown of several South Florida locations due to bankruptcy.

Macy's, faced with financial issues as well, is taking a different path. Despite closing some locations nationwide, it's planning to open a new store at Miami's Midway Crossings.

And Sears used to be a fixture across South Florida. However, now only one store remains on the border of Coral Gables and Miami.
