Atlantic Broadband increases residential Internet speeds
Cable operator Atlantic Broadband announced Tuesday that it is offering faster residential Internet speeds as part of its ongoing service enhancements to Miami Beach and surrounding areas including Bal Harbor, Bay Harbor Islands, Golden Beach, North Bay Village, South Miami, Sunny Isles Beach and Surfside and partially served areas such as Miami, Aventura and Pinecrest. Atlantic Broadband raised its maximum 75 megabit-per-second speed to 120 Mbps; its 10 Mbps service to 15 Mbps, and its 30 Mbps speed to 60 Mbps.
Atlantic Broadband also offers 1 Gigabit internet service to residents of Indian Creek Village and plans to expand further across its Miami service area.
