Brightline’s Aventura, Boca Raton stations get opening date. Here’s when trains roll in
Brightline’s newest train stations in Aventura and Boca Raton finally have an opening date after years of construction and planning — and it’s right around the corner.
The first day of service at both stations will be December 21, with initial schedules being planned around commuter patterns and peak morning and evening weekday service, Brightline said. During non-peak hours and weekends, the train will run every other hour.
Some feats Brightline has boasted about the stops is a commuter will now be able to go from downtown Miami to Aventura and Boca in 15 and 32 minutes, respectively — a quickness not seen in South Florida.
