Dania Beach’s Design Center for the Americas announced Monday it had successfully settled foreclosure litigation.

Wells Fargo had filed a $173 million suit against the property last June.

“DCOTA’s mortgage has been successfully refinanced and all foreclosure litigation has been withdrawn and settled,” Charles Cohen purchased the property in 2005 and remains in control as 100 percent owner, according to a statement.

The multi-building, 800,000-square-foot design showroom and office complex is at 1855 Griffin Rd. in Dania Beach. Current office tenants include JetBlue, Chiquita Banana, Chewy, Nearpod, Intelepeer, The Stars Group, Elite SEM, and Orthosensor.

Companies with luxury showrooms there include The Rug Company, Beltempo USA, Gloster, HOLLY HUNT, Pierre Frey, Armazen Design, Hans Krug, Mantra Furnishings, Planar, and Cinematech.
