Walmart hiring for new Miami Gardens store

Walmart said Monday that it will hire up to 95 associates to work at the new Walmart Neighborhood Market slated to open in early 2015 in Miami Gardens.

A temporary hiring center has opened at 17560 NW. 27th Ave., Suite 122 in Miami Gardens. Interested applicant can also call the hiring center at (305) 620-4295 or (305) 620-4572, Walmart said. Applications will be accepted Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Interested applicants may also apply online at http://careers.walmart.com.

The majority of new associates will begin work in November to help prepare the store for its grand opening in early 2015, the company said.
