Arsht Center chooses food and beverage partner

The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts announced Thursday that it has chosen Ovations Food Services to handle concessions, catering and on-site dining at the complex.

Ovations, which is based in Tampa, will start operating with concessions at a Cuban music concert Saturday.

The company operates at more than 140 locations around the country, including the Palm Beach County Convention Center, Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo and Jungle Island in Miami.

A “farm-to-fork” restaurant is scheduled to open in the former Prelude space at the venue later this year.
