Medical contractor nibbled almost $575,000 out of workers’ paychecks. Now, it will pay.

Orlando healthcare staffing contractor Loyal Source Government Services brags on its website about serving government agencies such as NASA, the Army and Navy. It probably won’t brag about being caught by another government agency slicing $574,989 from 4,047 workers’ paychecks.

The Department of Labor said the company started in 2009 by CEO Seth Eubank and president Brian Moore illegally removed an average of $142.08 per employee.

According to the Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division “investigators found Loyal Source Government Services LLC unlawfully deducted $10 per paycheck from each employee for the administration of employee health and welfare benefits.”
