A private movie theater, a ballroom with 14-foot ceilings, and 130 feet of waterfront property on Biscayne Bay are all part of the package at a neoclassical mansion that just hit the market in Miami Beach — for $31.75 million.

The 14,000-square foot, seven-bedroom home at 4730 North Bay Road is being sold fully furnished.

The property also includes a pool, a gazebo, an open-air fireplace and a separate guest house.

The lot last sold in 2006 for about $6 million. County property records list the current owner as a company controlled by Peter J. Neary, a Miami Beach property owner and real estate investor.

One Sotheby’s International Realty will handle the sale.

The house is one of the most expensive on the market in Miami Beach. The real estate website Trulia shows only six houses with a higher asking price, three of them on North Bay Road.
