Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina, one of the largest hotels in Broward County, has hit the market.
The 589-room room property sits on nine acres at 1881 SE 17th St. It includes a 33-slip marina.
CBRE Hotels, an advisory group within the CBRE real estate firm, is marketing the property for the seller, Boca Raton-based FL Grande LLC, an affiliate of Blackstone Group.
