New Miami-Córdoba route coming in July
New air service between Miami and Argentina is coming this summer.
Miami International Airport announced Friday that Aerolíneas Argentinas will kick off twice-weekly nonstop flights between Miami and Córdoba, northwest of Buenos Aires, on July 4.
The flights will be offered on Saturdays and Sundays on an Airbus A340-300 that holds 280 passengers.
Miami International Airport does not currently have direct service to Córdoba.
“Even as we look to expand service to the unserved Asia and Africa markets, MIA is excited to offer our valued customers yet another destination in our stronghold Latin America market,” Miami-Dade Aviation Director Emilio González said in a statement.
