Sales open for ultra-luxury condos in Sunny Isles Beach

Sales are now open for the highest-end condos in the Parque Towers at St. Tropez in Sunny Isles Beach.

The 40 ultra-luxury condos, called the Parque Platinum residences, range in size from 3,720 to 9,000 square feet. The asking price? Between $2.4 and $5.5 million.

“We are essentially building homes that are vertically integrated into a tower, which offer all the elements of a private residence with every convenience of a six-star hotel at your fingertips,” said Yosi Gil of the developer J. Milton & Associates in a statement.

The two-tower, 320-unit complex is expected to open between Dec. 2016 and April 2017.

The developers are also constructing a public park in the area that will feature a small water park for children, a butterfly garden and a stage for concerts and film screenings.
