A Miami Beach mansion that just hit the market for $21 million has a famous former owner: Ricky Martin.

The pop star sold the two-story, 8,697-square-foot Mediterranean-style estate in 2005 to its current owners for $10.6 million, property records show.

“You’re sitting on 140 feet of open bay waterfront with amazing views of downtown Miami,” said Jill Eber, one-half of the Coldwell Banker realtor team called the Jills, who are handling the sale. “And the property is known for its majestic banyan trees. I believe one is more than 100 years old.”

The other Jill, Jill Hertzberg, said that “every neighborhood has a crown jewel that everyone in the area admires and this house is one of them.”

The four-bedroom house, built in 1937, sits on nearly 34,000 square feet at 5030 North Bay Road.

The property also includes two one-bedroom guest houses, a saltwater pool and a private boat dock.

It was also once owned by the philanthropist and former Miami Beach mayor Mitchell Wolfson.

Martin isn’t the only singer with an old Miami Beach home on the market.

A mansion once owned by Enrique Iglesias was listed for $25 million last month.
